As I hurl towards earth, ever increasing in speed

Zero attachments, gravity's heavy pull

I smile, taking a deep breathe

"I still have time" -RZ

How amazing is this LIFE, tho!?

(Your answer may be dependent on your current physical activity level)

Most of us fortunate human-beings are born with the physical ability to eventually walk, run, climb, swim, jump and tumble!

Equipped with a mouth full of teeth to crack nuts as well as thumbs to hang and grab shit with! (yes, talking to you Dog owners)

Tho, Lack of practicing will surely strip you of these physical possibilities. The human body can be a fast and agile machine or feel more like a heavy burden to lug around exhausting you in every step. The choice is made in the many smaller choices we make daily.

I will help ensure you never loose these basic super powers!

We do not build our temples on foundations of sand!

With priority and a great sense of responsibility, I teach proper Bio-Mechanics to every athlete I encounter. Strong Basics will always make for easy transitions into future skill development.

Plus, we use the basics daily!

"Wake Up!" Get out of bed via your First sit-up.

You then walk to the restroom to squat and rise from the toilet with no hands.. right?

After foraging for food at your local Co-op you lift ALL the grocery bags with a hip hinge, walking every bag in at once with your strong grip and legs. Then proceeding to place them on the fridge with shoulder extension.

"TADA! Super Powers!" Basic skills we often take for granted.

Dirt Cheap and convenient or that ALL ORGANC fuel?

Yes, America is cheaply and blindly eating from a big ass trough of processed crap these days. All hope is not lost.

Most westerners have just forgotten eating is our personal duty to provide nutrients and energy for our meat body. It turn keeping it running like a fine tuned machine. Not a slow moving mammal with a leaky gut because it "tastes" good. With that said, the healthiest food is by far the tastiest in this day and age. Have you eaten Kale? It is a big ass, fibrous Jurassic leaf! "No, not tasty." But, those enlightened, know of the cellular energy and digestive regularity it provides! Eat to feel good.. LATER! Enlightened Nutrition strategies to come..

SKYS THE LIMIT!

Join me on this adventure toward self Betterment. We will build a strong tribe and learn from one-another!

Let us tend our machines with love, My Friends.
