A Little About

MY JOURNEY

 I Began experimenting with exercise at a young age, usually after watching Bruce Lee films. I would do sit-ups and run around jump kicking trees. 

 Much has changed since then. I do not kick trees anymore. I now slackline across them thankfully :)

 I have been in the Fitness industry now for 10 years. Human Movement is my immediate passion. I relentlessly study the many exercise techniques. From Cross-fit to yoga. I've carried many different certifications over the years.    

Currently,  I am coaching at Sacramento's CrossFit Valiance the The Academy   with yoga teacher training in the near future. 

Along this journey I have come to Allow personal experiences, open communication and proper assessments to guide my coaching. Your fitness will be well grounded and capable of propelling you into the best shape of your life, regardless of age.
